What to Bring: Plan to adjust baby’s schedule so they are ready to eat during the selected session time (if possible). Bring everything you need to feed your baby in all the ways they currently eat (or you would like them to eat- such as prepared bottle, solids if > 6 months).

Intake Form: You will receive intake and consent forms via email upon booking. Please fill out before the night before your session.

Parking: There will be plenty of easy parking in front or back of the building. We are located on the first floor and there are no stairs.

Evaluation Reports: You have the option to choose a written treatment plan only, or a detailed report with a written treatment plan by selecting the visit type below. You must choose the “full report” option if you have swallowing concerns and/or need detailed information to share with other providers (e.g. ENT, GI, tongue tie release provider, etc). Sometimes insurance may ask for this documentation if you choose to submit a superbill.

Unable to find a time? Please use the waitlist feature in our online scheduling system- our waitlist does move relatively quickly as we often have patients that improve and no longer need us, so it is likely that a spot will open up and you will be notified via email.

Questions? Email admin@atlantaspeechandfeeding.com with any questions about your appointment or our services. You can reschedule or cancel via our online booking site.

We are looking forward to meeting you and your baby! Thank you!
